Can you fix a WordPress site built by someone else?

I can review the installation, theme, plugins and symptoms first. Share the problem and recent changes, but do not send passwords through the enquiry form. Access can be arranged securely after the scope is agreed.

Will updates break my site?

Any update can expose compatibility problems. A sensible maintenance workflow includes a recoverable backup, a check of important pages and forms, and a plan to restore the previous version if necessary.

Does maintenance include content changes?

It depends on the agreed support scope. Updates, recovery, content editing and new features are different kinds of work. I make those boundaries clear in the proposal.
