What do you need to quote an online store?

I need the approximate product count, product options, payment methods, delivery rules and who manages orders. These decisions affect the platform and scope more than the appearance of the homepage alone.

Can I sell through WhatsApp as well?

Yes. A store can include direct enquiry links where useful. The site should make clear whether the customer is paying online, requesting a quote or continuing the order with you on WhatsApp.

Are payment fees included in the build?

Third-party processing fees, shipping charges, hosting and renewals are separate running costs unless explicitly included in the proposal. The payment provider and its account requirements should be confirmed before launch.
