What you choose to share
If you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, organisation, budget and project or product requirements. Share only what is needed to discuss your request. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive personal records through these forms.
How enquiries work
The portfolio and company enquiry forms prepare a message on the page. You review it and choose WhatsApp or your email application, then complete sending there. These forms do not submit your enquiry to a website database. The company form can save a draft on your device when you choose that option.
Information you send is used to respond, understand your requirements, prepare a quotation and manage any work or order you agree with us. Depending on the situation, this may involve your consent, steps you request before a contract, a contract, a legal obligation or a legitimate business interest.
Client feedback
The review page prepares your feedback locally in the page. It does not save a draft or send your answers as you type. You choose whether to send the prepared message using WhatsApp or your email app. We use feedback to understand your experience and improve our service. Publication on either website requires your separate, optional permission. We do not publish your email address. You can contact us to withdraw publication permission or request removal of your testimonial.
Drafts and browser storage
The company enquiry form stores a draft in this browser only when you select “Save draft on this device”. The consent checkbox is not saved. Use “Clear saved draft” to remove the stored draft. Avoid saving on shared devices. Some interface scripts may use browser storage to support their operation.
Hosting and external services
The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Email and WhatsApp providers process messages under their own terms and privacy notices. Social-profile and GitHub links take you to external services. Those providers may process information in other countries.
We have not included advertising pixels or audience analytics trackers in this version of the website. This notice will be updated if the website’s data collection changes.
Keeping information
Browser drafts remain until you clear them or your browser removes its storage. Enquiries you send and subsequent project or order correspondence may be held in the communication services we use. Contact us to ask what information is held and request correction or deletion. Retention may also be affected by ongoing work, disputes and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
You can raise concerns with us using the email address above, and you may lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

We may update this notice as our services and website change. The date below identifies the current version.
Project enquiry security
The enquiry form emails your submitted details to [email protected] and sends an acknowledgement to the email address you provide. A necessary security cookie named mo_enquiry ties the submission to your browser and expires after one hour. It is not used for advertising or analytics. Short-lived hashed identifiers limit repeated submissions. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive customer records.
